I bought these because they have enough alcohol content to double as hands sanitizer. Will smell very strong when you first spray it though but don't worry it will dissipate. They are great in the shower and open up my sinuses! Really helped my breathing.

Scent is not too strong. My daughter came home last weekend & had a bad migraine. I sprayed her bed with the Serenity spray & rubbed the Serenity vapor balm on her temples. She felt a lot better by the morning 😊
